Report on GLT Seminar EVOLVE

I, Lion Shashank Maheshwari, District GLT Chairperson, have the honor of presenting the report of the Global Leadership Team Seminar EVOLVE, organized under the leadership of District Governor Lion Manoj Babur.

The seminar was conceptualized with the objective of strengthening leadership within the district and was carefully designed to cover multiple aspects of personal, professional, and organizational growth. The program was inaugurated by PID Lion Dr. Raju Manwani, whose motivating words set an inspiring tone for the sessions that followed.

The faculty presentations were diverse, insightful, and highly engaging:

• PDG Lion Umesh Gandhi, in his trademark style, spoke on the art of SMART goal setting and the importance of clarity in targets.

• Lion Santosh Goyal guided participants on manifesting dreams and stressed the vital role of nurturing healthy relationships in life.

• Lion Manisha Jain provided scientific clarity on nutrition by addressing myths surrounding carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, helping participants make informed lifestyle choices.

• Leo Lion Anand Mehta brought an interactive dimension to the seminar with his Walk the Talk exercises, practically demonstrating the spirit of collaboration and teamwork.

A notable feature of this seminar was the active participation of all attendees. The enthusiasm, attentiveness, and willingness to learn were clearly visible, creating an atmosphere of shared growth and fellowship. The quality of questions asked and the discussions that followed reflected the keen interest of the members.

Special recognition must be given to Leo District President Arunima Acharya, whose consistent efforts ensured remarkable Leo participation. More than ten Leos from the district attended the seminar, symbolizing the strong bond between Lions and Leos in leadership initiatives. Their presence enriched the sessions, as the younger generation of leaders actively engaged with the resource persons.

We are also deeply thankful to the District Governor Team who graced the occasion. Our Chief Guest, District Governor Lion Manoj Babur, Our Guest of Honour, First Vice District Governor Lion Natwar Banka, and Second Vice District Governor Lion Vikas Saraf. Their presence was truly an honour for the GLT Team. Their blessings, observations, and words of encouragement gave additional strength and value to the seminar.

The arrangements at the venue, along with the hospitality extended, further enhanced the overall experience. The feedback received from participants unanimously reflected appreciation for the knowledge shared, the interactive nature of the sessions, and the smooth execution of the program.

This seminar stands as a proud milestone in the district’s ongoing commitment to leadership development.
